I hold a PhD in Mathematics from Duke University and have worked as a mathematician and IT professional for over 25 years. During this time I've been investing in real estate. In 2012, I quit my day job to work full time on real estate investing. In 2013 I received my real estate license in order to represent myself in buying, filling and selling my investment properties. Naturally, I started representing family and friends in their real estate transactions. After several years of experience, I'm extending my services to the general public. Because of my investment properties and rentals, commission is not my primary source of income. For this reason I devote more time and energy to fewer clients.
